What Race of People makes the worse Neighbors?

Blacks are the worst in my exprience, hands down. While in college, we lived in student family housing for the first 2 years of our marriage. We lived in an apartment building with Vietnemese, Chinese, and Japanese families. There were 4 apartments per building and standing in the hall, you could simulatenously hear 4 different languages (but that was usually accompanied by some gross fish smell). Other than the wierd smells from thier choice of cuisene, we never had a problem. BUT!!! I grew up in the "projects" in a single mother household. We simply couldn't afford to live anywhere else and we did the best we could. Now, I can tell you some stories! And even as an adult, I managed to always be in the wrong place. Bought a home in the Beaverton area of Oregon and a few months after, the neighborhood became wayyyyy too dark. **This was an upscale neighborhood. When I left the "projects", I left them for good. So when we bought our home in a very nice and peaceful neighborhood, I thought we did well for our family. After a few months, with 2 small children in bed, we had to endure bass thumping at 2 am that made the windows shake. Dogs barked all the time up and down the street because thugs were walking around the neighborhood at 3, 4, 5 am. Obviously, we sold our house. Now, we are once again in the same situation. Upscale nieghborhood--same problem. Almost got into a physical fight with the neigbor 2 doors down because she almost plowed into my van with her car--she came barreling around a corner with tires screeching (my house is on the corner) and didn't see me. She decided it would be okay to run her mouth. Afterall, I only one of maybe 4 white neighbors nearby now. She found out that screaming obsenities (white bitch, whore etc) wasn't such a good idea. But, now I have to worry about my property (motorcycles, cars, pool.) Our inground pool has a wall and gate that stays locked to keep people out. So, in an effort to be destructive, someone has thrown large clumps of concrete into it in an attempt to rip the liner when they couoldn't get close enough themselves to cause damage. I fear that if I go on an extended vacation, when I get home my motorcycles will be knocked over, windows will be broken etc. We constantly have litter thrown into our yard which is fenced in--meaning it is intentional (it's not blowing above the fence and into our yard all the time). I do not think it is ONLY the neighbor with a big mouth. The black kids next door wanted to jump on my trampoline and when I refused to allow them, the littering got worse.I also will not allow my children outside in the fenced in yard for even one second without me ready to protect them. The verbal incident with the neighbor got THAT bad. And I do not trust ANY of them (blacks). I may be over reacting, but when it comes to my children-screw that. I reserve the right to over react when it comes to my children's safety. After all, my proud white children represent a future that these kind of people do not want.I could say LOTS more, but won't. I am certain that all of you know what it's like. It's just saddening. If there was only a white utopia in the south! I'd sure be there. Next few years, I may even decide to move some place else to get away from them. Any suggestions as to where I could live in Portland and where alot of white places to live?
